AUGUST 5 and 6, 2023

Featured Artist  |  ELEANOR HARVEY

We are already looking forward to dahlia season and the 30th annual Art in the Gardens (AIG) at Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens! Two days of festivities will take place on Saturday, August 5 and Sunday, August 6 from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Join us in a celebration of creative expression, gorgeous gardens, music, food, and drink. Mingle with more than 50 artists, enjoy live music, and dramatic summertime blooms. Food, craft brews, and wine will be available for purchase. In honor of the 30th anniversary, we are bringing back wine tasting — sample an array of wines from around Mendocino County.

In the meantime....

The Gardens invites artists to submit an application to exhibit their original work at the 30th annual Art in the Gardens, a juried art show and summer festival. All artists must commit to setting up and participating in both days of the event (8/5 and 8/6). Learn more and apply.

Calling all designers to help us create a fun t-shirt for all our visitors to rock this year! Learn more about the AIG T-Shirt Design Contest.

Advanced tickets are required. Tickets are limited each day and may sell out! Tickets can be changed, but are non-refundable. Regular Gardens admission is not available on the event day. Special event tickets must be purchased by all guests, members of the Gardens, and AHS Reciprocal Admissions Program Members. Memberships and general admission guest passes are not valid for entry on August 5 or 6. All proceeds from this fundraiser event help to support this community event and the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens.
