Become a Member of the Gardens
You can renew, gift, or purchase a new membership through our website or print and fill out a membership form (click here for printable PDF) and return it to The Garden Store or mail it to the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens at 18220 N. Highway 1, Fort Bragg, CA 95437.
You can also earn an individual membership by volunteering 50+ hours!
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
All members of the Gardens (personal and business) receive the following:
- Free year-round admission to the Gardens (no reservations/tickets required; special events may require the purchase of tickets)
- Free or reduced admission at more than 340 other gardens nationwide through the American Horticultural Society's Reciprocal Admissions Program — find participating gardens
- Discounted admission for your guests – $10 per guest when accompanied by a member
- 10% discount at The Garden Store and Nursery
- Members-only punch loyalty cards for Rhody's Garden Cafe
- Discounts on workshops and other educational opportunities
- Free or discounted tickets for guided tours on a variety of topics — rhododendrons, mushrooms, birds, and more

PERSONAL MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES AND ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
All personal memberships receive the benefits listed above and the following:
Individual — $55 per year: Free admission to the Gardens for one individual.
Senior Individual — $40 per year: Free admission to the Gardens for one individual (age 65+).
Household — $85 per year: Free admission to the Gardens for two adults (one must be a cardholder) and children (age 17 and under).
Senior Household — $70 per year: Free admission to the Gardens for two adults (one must be a cardholder) and children (age 17 and under).
*Museums for All — $10 per year: Free admission for two adults (one must be a cardholder) and children (age 17 and younger). *This discounted membership level is only available for purchase in person at the Gardens with SNAP EBT or WIC card, and a valid form of photo ID.
Sponsor — $125 per year: Free admission to the Gardens for two adults (one must be a cardholder) and children (age 17 and under) plus four general admission tickets.
Supporter — $300 per year: Free admission to the Gardens for two adults (one must be a cardholder) and children (age 17 and under), four general admission tickets, plus two tickets to Art in the Gardens (an annual event held the first Saturday in August).
Patron — $500 per year: Free admission to the Gardens for two adults (one must be a cardholder) and children (age 17 and under), four general admission tickets, four tickets to Art in the Gardens, a complimentary Household Gift Membership, and lunch with the Executive Director.
Benefactor — $1000 per year: Free admission to the Gardens for two adults (one must be a cardholder) and children (age 17 and under), four general admission tickets, four tickets to Art in the Gardens, a complimentary Household Gift Membership, plus dinner with the Executive Director, and the satisfaction of being a major supporter of the Gardens!
BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES AND ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
As a business member, you will enjoy both the natural beauty and professional benefits of the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens. Business members receive the membership benefits listed above plus the additional benefits listed below.
- Free admission to the Gardens for up to two designated company representatives (special events may require additional admission)
- A featured page on the Gardens' website which boasts approximately 150,000 users and 360,000 views annually. The featured page may include a company logo, bio, specials, videos, and pictures!
Business Membership — $125 per year: Entitled to all benefits listed above plus four general admission tickets to the Gardens.
Business Sponsor — $200 per year: Entitled to all benefits listed above, four tickets, plus access to an unlimited amount of discounted general admission tickets to MCBG — perfect for gifts, promotional packages, and client/employee perks. Current rates (subject to change) are $10 per general admission pass; $6 per junior pass (ages 6 - 14).
Business Contributor — $500 per year: Entitled to all benefits listed above, four tickets, access to discounted tickets, plus two gift Household Memberships, and recognition in the MCBG e-newsletter with more than 14,600 subscribers!
Business Patron — $1,000 per year: Entitled to all benefits listed above, four tickets, access to discounted tickets, two gift Household Memberships, recognition in the e-newsletter, plus access to Gardens’ grounds for a company gathering.
