Media/Press Inquiries

Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens is one of only a handful of public gardens that front an ocean shore. The Gardens is highly photogenic and offers world-recognized collections and a diversity of flora all year long. The mild maritime climate of the Mendocino Coast offers ideal growing conditions for rhododendrons, heaths, heathers, dahlias, heritage roses, succulents, conifers, and so much more. The Gardens is recognized as the #1 attraction for visitors the Mendocino Coast, with more than 100,000 visitors each year.

We welcome media inquiries, whether from freelance journalists, travel writers, home and garden writers, or bloggers. We welcome promotion venues from print, video, blog, and other online social media sites to spread the word. Writing about our not-for-profit garden also helps promote our mission to "engage and enrich lives."
