
Build a Wreath Workshop

Friends of the Gardens (FOG) invites you to join a hands-on wreath-making workshop! In this two-hour “make and take” class, you will craft your own one-of-a-kind wreath using beautiful natural elements. Add a touch of holiday cheer to your home while enjoying the fresh, fragrant greenery of the season. All proceeds support the Gardens—so you will leave not only with a festive creation, but also with the joy of giving back.
The Details​

The class will include instruction, fresh greenery, ribbon, and tools for you to create a wreath to take home.

Bring pruners (if available) and garden gloves.

Be prepared for cool temperatures in our unheated Propagation House and dress appropriately.

We also recommend comfortable shoes and a refillable water bottle.

If you are sick, please stay home.
Workshop Registration
Class size is limited! Registration for this workshop must be completed in advance online or at the MCBG Store. Class cost is $65 per participant ($55 for MCBG Members) and includes admission for the day and a wreath to take home. All fees are non-refundable unless the workshop has been canceled or rescheduled by the Gardens. ​​​​Proceeds support our nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.

*All registration purchases will include a small service fee. This fee helps offset processing costs for our nonprofit botanical garden.
