After the rain, the Pacific Treefrogs appear in multitudes at the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens. As people meander through our garden, they may catch a glimpse of shiny skin hopping away or tiny golden eyes bulging out of a camouflaged body. Frogs often evoke a childlike sense of discovery and wonder. It is an enchanting feeling that the garden provides in many ways… some might even call it magic.

 

Every individual plays an important role in maintaining this natural treasure. We create magic together. It is a magic that I have been fortunate to experience at the Gardens in my previous roles, and now as the new Executive Director.

With your gifts, this living sanctuary is accessible to more people with upgraded trails and facilities. You make it possible to offer free science education to more than 900 students and provide weekly deliveries of free organic vegetables to families in need.
