Join seasoned yoga instructor Tracey Green for All-Levels Mindful Flow Yoga encircled by towering cypress and the melodies of nature... the birds, the bees, and the mighty ocean. All levels are welcome in this class, which combines safe alignment with dynamic movement and creative sequencing. You’ll find restorative moments and snapshots of sculpting intensity. This 60-minute class aims to support you in slowing down, tuning into your intuition, cultivating physical health and psychological well-being using postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) with the goal of developing a grounded, focused, and peaceful mind.

This class will be held outdoors, so please be prepared for the weather with appropriate layers.
Rain, soggy conditions, or temperatures below 40°F cancel – call 707-964-4352 x 101 for cancellation notices.
Please bring your own mat, all props you like to practice with, a towel, sunscreen, and drinking water. There is a limited number of yoga mats available to borrow.
Plan to arrive at the Gardens' entrance by 10:30 AM to allow plenty of time to reach the Event Lawn. The class will begin promptly at noon.
To reach the Event Lawn, stay on the South Trail (veer left) and breeze past the Dahlia Garden; you will arrive at the Event Lawn in a flash
Admission & Class Fee
The class fee is $15 per participant plus the Gardens' general admission.
Pay admission at the entrance or get admission tickets online.
Members of the Gardens enter for free.
The class fee will be collected by the instructor when you reach the Event Lawn (cash, check, or Venmo).

Tracey Green

Tracey is a seasoned yoga instructor with over 30 years of teaching experience, with her training roots grounded in Yoga Works (RYT 200) since 1994. Her teaching philosophy revolves around heartfelt sharing, nurturing a sense of curiosity, and devotion. This philosophy blossoms fully into her unique yoga practice, which she is excited to bring into the open air of the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens. Tracey's practice is designed to encourage students to delve deep into their inner landscapes, using mindful movement, breathwork, and a profound connection to the surrounding nature. This outdoor setting amplifies her commitment to living yoga in every breath and movement, inviting her students to join her in this journey amidst the natural beauty of the Gardens.
