Join Tracey Green for Nature-Inspired Flow Yoga at the botanical gardens this summer! This 60-minute class is suitable for all skill levels and encourages a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
In this session, you will experience a blend of gentle movements and energizing flows designed to help you slow down, connect with your body, I’m in and find balance. Practice various postures and breathing techniques to enhance your physical health and promote a peaceful mind.

This class will be held outdoors, so please be prepared for the weather with appropriate layers.
Rain, soggy conditions, or temperatures below 40°F cancel – call 707-964-4352 x 101 for cancellation notices.
Please bring your own mat, all props you like to practice with, a towel, sunscreen, and drinking water. There is a limited number of yoga mats available to borrow.
Plan to arrive at the Gardens' entrance by 10:30 AM to allow plenty of time to reach the Event Lawn. The class will begin promptly at 11:00 AM.
To reach the Event Lawn, stay on the South Trail (veer left) and breeze past the Dahlia Garden; you will arrive at the Event Lawn in a flash
Admission & Class Fee
The class fee is $15 per participant plus the Gardens' general admission.
Pay admission at the entrance or get admission tickets online.
Members of the Gardens enter for free.
The class fee will be collected by the instructor when you reach the Event Lawn (cash, check, or Venmo).
About the Instructor
Tracey Green

Tracey is an experienced yoga instructor, trained in Yoga Works (RYT 200) since 1994. With her extensive background, she brings a unique approach to yoga in the beautiful setting of the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens. Her teaching philosophy revolves around heartfelt sharing, nurturing a sense of curiosity, and devotion. Tracey's practice is designed to encourage students to delve deep into their inner landscapes, using mindful movement, breathwork, and a profound connection to the surrounding nature. This outdoor setting amplifies her commitment to living yoga in every breath and movement, inviting her students to join her in this journey amidst the natural beauty of the Gardens.
