How much space do you need to display your art? MCBG will provide one or two 10x10 pop-up tents for all staff artists to share (depending on how many staff members apply)

I will do my best to give everyone as much space as they request, but pending how many staff members are involved, I might need to ask you to keep your set up to a limited size

By submitting this application I agree to the specified terms and conditions of participating in the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens' Art in the Gardens.

YES, I understand that this event is a fundraiser for the Gardens and that a 25% commission from all artist's sales will go to the support of the Gardens. Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens is a 501(c)3 non-profit botanical garden, our mission is to engage and enrich lives by displaying and conserving plants in harmony with our Northern California coastal ecosystems and to preserve public access to the coast.

YES, I undertand that all artists/vendors will be required to submit their 25% commission at the end of the event (5:00pm; 8/2/26)

YES, I understand that all artists/vendors are responsible for handling their own sales including sales tax. Gardens staff/volunteers will collect cash payments for each staff member in separate envelopes, based on the pricing lists you supply. The gardens cannot process credit card transactions for staff artists. If you wish to accept non-cash payments you need to set up your own venmo, paypal, etc.

YES, I agree to comply with all show rules and release Mendocino

Coast Botanical Gardens and its representatives from all liability due to injury, both personal and property, and of damages suffered before, during or after the event, as a result of display of my work, equipment, and materials. I understand there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather.
