Living Light International

The Living Light Center is designed to provide the latest advances in raw culinary education.

A beautiful 5,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, located within the historic Company Store in Fort Bragg, CA, it includes a first-rate professional kitchen with a sprouting/dehydration room, a fruit-ripening room, and a pantry. Our culinary studio is equipped with multiple cameras and closed-circuit television, and our lecture facility is outfitted with LCD projection equipment for multimedia presentations. Student teams have their own fully equipped stations for hands-on food preparation and recipe development. Our café, Living Light Cuisine To Go, offers organic raw vegan cuisine, juices, and smoothies, and our retail store, Living Light Marketplace, features healthy products for vibrant living.
