The Gardens' main trails are wheelchair accessible to the ocean. We provide electric carts for guests with special needs on a first-come, first-served basis. You are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy on the grounds. Well-mannered dogs on leashes are also welcome.

March - October: 9 am to 5 pm — November - February: 9 am to 4 pm

Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the Saturday following Labor Day in September

· Take Highway 101 North, 132 miles (213 km)
· Turn LEFT onto State Highway 20, 33 miles (53 km)
· Turn LEFT onto State Highway One, 0.4 miles (0.7 km)
· We are located on the ocean side of the highway.

GARDENS STORE AND NURSERY

Our nursery specializes in rhododendrons, heathers, and native plants — offering for purchase many of the same varieties featured in the Gardens. Our store offers a wonderful selection of garden-related gifts, books, and quality gardening tools. Shipping of store items is available. Books can be special ordered. The store and nursery are open seven days a week from 9 to 5 pm in the summer (March through October), and 9 to 4 pm in the winter (November through February).

• Weekend workshops and classes
• Education programs for visiting schools (one month notice required)

WEDDINGS IN THE GARDENS

Small weddings  (max. 175 people) can be held in the Gardens. We offer five different romantic sites. Find out more...

COWLICK'S IN THE GARDEN — ICE CREAM & MORE

Cowlick's in the Garden offers frozen treats and light fare, featuring handmade ice cream, sandwiches, and espresso drinks. They are open daily from May to August, and on weekends in April and September. Hours are 10:30 am to 4:30 pm.
