The Wine Raffle was a HUGE success! Thanks so much for supporting The Gardens....
The 2012 Friends of the Gardens (FOG) Wine Raffle is history.
The 15 winning tickets were drawn on October 2, 2012 at the FOG meeting in front of 39 official drawing supervisors.
All of the winners have picked up their wine lots and are enjoying their assorted fine Mendocino County wines.
Congratulations to all of the winners, most of whom remarked that they "never win anything".
Thanks again to the donating wineries, who once again were so generous with their fabulous wines. 231 bottles with a total retail value of over $5,500. Amazing!
All of you are urged to buy local Mendocino County wines and let the wineries know that you appreciate their support of FOG and the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens.
Because of the strong sales of wine raffle tickets this year, FOG will be donating over $10,000 to the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens for repairs and upgrades to the "Historic Farmhouse". All because of the 2012 FOG Wine Raffle.
