Weddings at the Garden
The Botanical Gardens is a lovely, picture-perfect setting for an outdoor wedding. We offer six different romantic sites, all handicap accessible with the exception of the Cliff House.
- The Meadow Lawn
A manicured lawn surrounded by rhododendrons, with a peak bloom time from mid-April through May. This site can accomodate up to 60 guests. Ceremony only - $600, Ceremony and Casual Reception - $1,000 - The Cliff House
A rustic building an easy, half mile walk from the entrance with a unique overlook of the bluffs and ocean through huge picture windows. This site can accomodate up to 25 guests. Ceremony only - $300, Ceremony and Casual Reception - $500 - The Dahlia Garden
A formal, manicured lawn surrounded by dahlias blooming from late July through October. Glimpses of the ocean beyond and a lovely new gazebo make this our most requested site. Up to 250 guests. Ceremony only - $1,200 for up to 150 guests, a $10 surcharge for each additional guest over 150. (Receptions can be held on the Event Lawn.) - The Vegetable Garden
A site with decorative fencing, herb and vegetable gardens and flowers that bloom year round. An apple orchard and rustic buildings complete the country-like setting. This site can accomodate up to 100 guests. Ceremony - $700; ceremony and reception - $1,200. - The Event Lawn
A large, manicured lawn surrounded by trees perfect for large tents and celebrations. For receptions held after a Dahlia Garden ceremony - $900. For a reception only - $1,500. Additional Fees may apply. - Wedding Ceremony on the Bluff
Have your wedding overlooking the Pacific Ocean. A lovely site for a casual wedding. Up to 50 guests $500.00; over 50 guests a $5.00 fee per guests will apply. Many stunning Photo Ops throughout the Garden. Choice of sites within the gardens for a reception, additional fees will apply. Contact our Wedding Coordinator for further information.
Sunday Special!!!
A 25% discount will apply to the Dahlia Garden and Vegetable Garden Sites for a Sunday Ceremony. Reception pricing will remain the same.
For parties larger than 150, please contact the Gardens' Wedding Coordinator for costs.
Ceremonies can be scheduled for up to two hours, and receptions for up to six hours, following the ceremony. The Gardens remains in normal operation and the wedding site will not be closed off to the public. However, "private event" signs will be provided and we find that Garden vistors are usually very respectful.
