Here on the North Coast, fuchsias enjoy a nearly perfect climate.  Their blossoms vary greatly in color, shape and size, and almost all attract hummingbirds that hover close to sip nectar.  Growing these beauties in your garden can be a delight once you know the secrets of cultivation, training and pruning.
