Cowlick's in the Gardens

Come to the Gardens for a delicious lunch!

Take a few minutes before or after your walk in The Gardens & visit our Cowlicks Garden Cafe. Situated right by the entrance, this charming cafe offers tasty delights any time of day. Join us for your morning coffee, stop by for lunch, or check us out in the afternoon when it's time for a snack!

We offer a variety of espresso drinks as well as homemade shortbread. Our lunch menu includes sausages from the local smokehouse (Roundmans) served on bread baked by the Fort Bragg Bakery. We also offer soup, pulled pork sandwiches on local organic ciabatta bread, grilled cheese and much more. For the vegetarian appetite, we feature organic, vegetarian tamales and enchamales (an enchilada wrapped in a corn husk).

Our crowning glory is our award winning handmade ice cream made in our ice cream parlor in the town of Fort Bragg.

The Cafe is open daily from May 1st through Labor Day, as well as some weekends in April and September.
Hours are 11am to 5 pm. We are closed in the winter.
DOG ALERT: Dogs, please come and collect your free doggie ice cream (a little taste of vanilla).
