Mario Abreu Receives Award

The Gardens' own Mario Abreu receives Local Environmentalist award!

Congratulations to MCBG Naturalist Mario Abreu - recipient of the 2011 Local Environmentalist Award. This award is presented once every four years; the winner is selected by representatives of the Mendocino Land Trust, Mendocino Coast Audubon Society, California Native Plant Society, and Mendocino Area Parks Association.
